A Little Time Just for You

I loved having my lovely friend in the salon recently ~ she’s a busy working mum, and like so many of us, it can be hard to find time to slow down and care for herself. 🌿

🌸 Walking with Crystals 🌸

Something I’ve been doing lately is taking my crystals for a walk ~ it might sound a little unusual, but it’s one of my favourite ways to connect with them. 🌿✨

When I take my crystals out into nature, I tune in to their energy and notice how they resonate with the world around them ~ the colours, the light, the plants, even the mushrooms! 🍄 Each one reflects something about the season and the energy of the moment.

This particular stone is a grounding one ~ perfect for helping me stay balanced and centred. By spending time with each crystal, I get to know its energy, so when I’m in the salon I intuitively know which ones to bring in for each person and what they might need that day. 💫

Every crystal holds its own vibration, and when we listen closely, we can feel what they’re here to teach us.

It reminds me of the trees ~ their strength, their cycles, and how their leaves fall gently back to the soil to nourish new growth. 🍂

A reminder that everything moves in cycles ~ growth, release, renewal.
Like the trees reaching for the light, we expand and evolve, yet our roots keep us steady and true. 🌳
