Today Rebecca came in for a full makeover featuring French blending highlights with a creamy champagne tone at the roots ~ brightening her colour while keeping it beautifully natural and low-maintenance.

While her treatment processed, we moved to the table for some energy work and a deeply relaxing Indian head massage. The session flowed into intuitive Oracle card guidance as I cut and blow-dried her hair, bringing everything together inside and out.

The result: luminous, healthy hair with effortless movement and a calm, renewed energy to match.

✨ A Gentle Monthly Invitation

I hold free mindfulness and meditation sessions each month for anyone who feels called to take a little time out, slow down and reconnect.

These gatherings are gentle, welcoming and open to all. You don’t need any experience with meditation, just a willingness to pause and give yourself a little space to breathe.

6.30pm at Sayers Croft Trust, Newhurst

These sessions take place on the first Tuesday and one Sunday of each month, creating a regular moment to come back to yourself and enjoy a calm, supportive space within the community.

They are free to attend, and I will share gentle reminders at the beginning of each month for anyone who feels they would like to join us.

Today I walked in nature with Jasper and Aventurine.

As I held the crystals, I felt a deep awareness of what is ready to be released.

Old patterns. Old behaviours. Old stories.

This feels like the final shedding before stepping into something braver and more aligned.

Choosing truth.
Choosing growth.
Choosing my true self.

Sometimes the work is quiet.
Sometimes it is big.
