Before receiving any holistic or hairdressing service, please take a moment to read through this agreement. By booking a session, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

 

Your Responsibility

All healing and wellbeing services offered in the salon are designed to support your personal growth, relaxation, and energetic wellbeing. These sessions are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

By choosing to experience these services, you take full responsibility for your personal experience and any shifts that may occur during or after your session. You are welcome to ask questions at any time, or contact me and are encouraged to listen to your own body and intuition throughout.

 

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the full appointment fee will be charged.

In the case of a genuine emergency, I will always do my best to reschedule your appointment to another day, without charge.

Please respect this time as I dedicate it fully to you, and often have a waiting list for sessions.

Late Arrival

Your appointment time starts from the time booked, not the time you arrive. If you are late, your session may need to be shortened to fit within the original time slot, and the full service fee will still apply.

This is to ensure the day flows smoothly and with care for all clients.
