💚 Heart Chakra · Anahata

The Heart Chakra is associated with love, compassion and connection. Its traditional seed sound is YAM, a gentle vibration used in chakra meditation.

Take a moment to settle, soften your shoulders and breathe into the space around your heart. As you listen to the sound of YAM, allow yourself a little stillness and remember that compassion begins with yourself, too.

✨ Affirmation:
I offer myself the same kindness I give to others.

Let the sound wash over you, breathe gently, and give yourself permission to simply be.

💚 What would it mean to show yourself a little more kindness today?

Cowboy Copper, with a little extra glow! ✨

Even natural redheads love to turn up the vibrancy sometimes! ❤️

After six months between appointments, this lovely client came in for a refresh. We added copper highlights to enhance her natural red, bringing extra warmth, depth and that gorgeous, punchy copper glow.

Finished with a fresh cut and a glossy, bouncy blow-dry, her hair looks beautifully refreshed and full of life. ✨

Because even if you're blessed with natural copper locks, there's always room for a little more radiance! 🔥

💙 Throat Chakra · Vishuddha
The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, is associated with truth, expression and authenticity.
Its seed sound is HAM, a gentle vibration traditionally used in chakra meditation. As you listen, take a slow breath, soften your shoulders and allow yourself a moment to simply be still.
You don't always have to find the perfect words. Sometimes the first step is simply listening to what you truly feel.
✨ Affirmation:
My feelings deserve to be heard.
Take a quiet moment with the sound in this video. Breathe deeply, listen to the vibration of HAM, and notice what comes up for you.
What truth is asking to be heard within you today? 💙

🌙 Third Eye Chakra — Ajna
The Third Eye Chakra, or Ajna, is often associated with intuition, inner wisdom and the ability to see beyond what is immediately in front of us.
It invites us to quieten the noise, turn inward and listen to that gentle voice within.
Sometimes we already know the answer.
We simply need to become still enough to hear it.

✨ Affirmation:
I trust my intuition and see clearly.
Take a quiet moment today to pause, breathe and notice what your inner wisdom is trying to tell you. You don't have to have everything figured out. Sometimes clarity comes when we simply give ourselves space to listen. 💜

What does your intuition feel like to you?

Learning to let go, while holding on to love. 💚

As my son sets off on a year of travelling, my heart feels both joy and sadness. I'm so excited for his adventure, yet there's a part of me that finds letting go incredibly hard.

Through mindfulness, I've learnt that I don't have to push these feelings away. I can allow the tears, take a breath, slow down and give myself the kindness I need.

Life is full of change, and we're allowed to feel it all. We can hold both happiness and sadness in the same moment.

So today, I'm honouring the mum in me, wishing my son the most wonderful adventure, and learning to let go with love.

Sometimes, the most beautiful thing we can do is simply allow life to flow. 🌿
